With more than a decade of executive-level agency experience, Bao has a wealth of valuable insights from the top Ad Age ranked creative and digital agencies.

Prior to joining Pointsmith, Bao led and developed industry recognized marketing campaigns for some of the largest fortune 100/500 brands including American Greetings, Best Western, Capital One, Daisy Brand, Emirates Airline, NBC Universal (The Style Network), Nickelodeon, and Waste Management.  

Bao's work has been published by The New York Times, Mashable, Adobe, Ad Age and other notable industry publications. 

Bao frequently speaks on digital communication and brand marketing at advertising industry events and universities. He hails from the Great Blue Collar City of Pittsburgh, PA, and is an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. When he is not reciting Ben Roethlisberger stats with his wife and son, he can be found globe- trotting on one of his philanthropic endeavors.
